Live plants are perishable and many factors can impact plant survivability after they leave our care. As such, we do not warranty plants after they leave our facility.
We grow and sell: Beach Elder (Iva imbricate), Panic Grass (Panicum amarum), Rail Road Vine (Ipomoea pes-caprae), Beach Morning Glory (Ipomoea imperati), Dune Sunflower (Helianthus debilis), Knotgrass (Paspalum vaginatum), Sea Purslane (Susuvium portulacastrum), Bluestem and others.
What’s your return policy?
Sea Oats and other Dune Species are live and perishable plants; therefore, we cannot warranty, express or implied, or accept returns of any plants shipped via third party carriers such as UPS. Note, UPS will not insure live plant material. Plant material picked up by customers at our facility are warrantied to be in good health and disease free. Once plants leave our facility, customers assume all responsibility for plants.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or other non-physical addresses?
No, we require a physical address for delivery.
